Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide nursing students or junior nurses during clinical rotations.
Demonstrate and evaluate clinical procedures to ensure competency and adherence to standards.
Develop and implement clinical teaching plans and activities.
Coordinate with faculty and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive clinical education.
Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and clinical hours.
Promote critical thinking and application of nursing theories in real-life scenarios.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, ethical guidelines, and safety standards.
Participate in curriculum development and staff development initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:
B.Sc. Nursing
with a minimum of
1 year of relevant experience

M.Sc. Nursing
