Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Career Counsellor with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment or counselling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding nurses and other medical professionals in career opportunities abroad, handling recruitment processes, and building strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel and guide nurses, lab technicians, and doctors about overseas career opportunities.

Assist candidates with documentation, exam processes (Prometric, Dataflow, etc.), and interview preparation.

Recruit and shortlist healthcare professionals for GCC hospitals and homecare projects.

Coordinate with clients and maintain candidate pipelines for various medical categories.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to ensure smooth processing.

Meet monthly recruitment and counselling targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment/counselling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of GCC healthcare recruitment processes is an added advantage.

Ability to manage multiple candidates and meet deadlines.

Graduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, HR, or related field preferred.
