Key Responsibilities

Personal Care:

Assist elderly individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications.

Health Monitoring:

Regularly check and monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate. Report any health concerns or changes in condition to family members or healthcare providers. Assist with feeding, if necessary, ensuring hydration and proper nutrition.

Mobility Assistance:

Help with walking, transferring from bed to chair, or using mobility aids. Encourage and assist with light physical activities or exercises, as recommended.

Emotional Support:

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations. Assist with recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the elderly individual.

Emergency Response:

Act promptly in case of emergencies, such as falls or sudden health issues. Coordinate with emergency services and inform family members or guardians immediately.

Educational Background:

Diploma/Certificate in Nursing or Elderly Care

Experience:

Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or similar roles is preferred.

Skills:

Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of elderly health conditions and first aid. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and supporting individuals.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
