will assist doctors and nurses in patient care, daily activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP, etc.)
Support nursing staff during medical procedures and patient care
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ward/room
Help with patient movement and transportation within the hospital
Maintain patient records and report any changes in condition to the nurse/doctor
Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times
Qualifications:
ANM Nursing Assistant Course from a recognized institution
0-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
