Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist orthopaedic doctors and nurses in patient care and procedures Support patients with mobility, ambulation, and use of walking aids (walker, crutches, wheelchair) Assist in shifting orthopaedic patients for X-ray, OT, physiotherapy, and investigations Help in application and removal of splints, braces, and traction under supervision Monitor and report patient condition, pain levels, and discomfort to nursing staff Assist bedridden patients with hygiene, positioning, and pressure sore prevention Maintain cleanliness of wards, beds, and orthopaedic equipment Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste protocols Support emergency care for trauma and fracture cases

Skills & Requirements:

Nursing Assistant / GDA Relevant Certification Good patient-handling and lifting techniques Physical fitness to assist orthopaedic and post-operative patients Basic understanding of orthopaedic care and safety Willingness to work in shifts and emergency situations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
