With this acquisition Yara India\'s scale of operation has grown significantly.ProfileYara Babrala is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at the nine-bedded Health Center. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to patient care and well-being. They should exhibit exceptional empathy and bedside manner, along with a strong sense of professionalism. The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients and assisting medical staff in various capacities. Key responsibilities include:

• Registering patients at the OPD and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Monitoring vital signs and attending to minor injuries promptly.
• Assisting doctors during examinations and treatments.
• Administering injections, vaccinations, and medications as directed.
• Operating medical equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.
• Providing care to overnight patients and administering IV fluids.
• Responding to emergency calls and administering first aid as needed.
• Assisting in surgical procedures and emergency interventions.
• Dispensing medications and providing dosage instructions to patients.
• Participating in health checkups and wellness initiatives.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the medical facility.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in routine hospital tasks, emergency procedures, and surgical interventions.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office: Excel/Word/PPT).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exposure to industrial or tertiary hospital settings is advantageous.

Education & Experience

• Education: Candidate should be GNM qualified.
• Experience: Candidate Should have 2 to 5 years of Experience in a related field. Exposure to industrial or tertiary hospital settings preferred.
