Job Description

Basic Patient Care

- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Feeding Assistance

- Help patients eat and drink, monitor intake.

Mobility Support

- Help patients move, walk, transfer between bed and wheelchair.

Vital Signs Monitoring

- Check and report temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.

Bed Making & Cleanliness

- Maintain clean and comfortable patient environments.

Patient Observation

- Report changes in patient condition to nurses.

Emotional Support

- Provide comfort and companionship to patients.

Medical Equipment Assistance

- Help set up and clean basic equipment (e.g., bedpans, wheelchairs).

Documentation

- Record basic care activities and intake/output if required. *

Transport Assistance

- Accompany or transport patients for tests or procedures.
