Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the provision of quality patient care by maintaining the perfect medical record history of the patient.
Needs to take responsibility for the orientation and induction training for new and junior's staff nurses in the OT.
Accompanies the patient from ward to the operation theatre, and diagnostic department while a patient is with I.V. on
Responsible for documentation in peri-operative form, time out documentations, OT count forms instruments count form, SSI, OT utilization, OT register, implant register, and narcotic register.
Checks the inventory, CSSD items, Dressing Trolley, and Equipment in each shift.
