Roles & Responsibilities (Nursery Teacher)
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities suitable for pre-primary children.
Develop age-appropriate learning materials that promote curiosity, creativity, and social skills.
Teach basic literacy, numeracy, and life skills through stories, rhymes, play, and activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
Observe and assess each child's progress and share feedback with parents regularly.
Instill good habits, discipline, and social manners in students.
Organize and participate in school functions, celebrations, and parent meetings.
Encourage children's participation in games, art, music, and storytelling.
Collaborate with other teachers and participate in training and workshops.
Requirements
Qualification: Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Experience: 2-3 years of teaching in pre-primary classes (preferred).
Excellent communication, patience, and child-handling skills.
Passion for teaching and creativity in engaging small children.
Ability to maintain discipline in a fun and friendly manner.
Familiarity with early learning methodologies and activities.
