Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in teaching preschool or nursery-aged children. Salary - 20,000 to 25,000 Per Month + Food + Room Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and staff. Creativity in developing engaging teaching materials and activities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Patience and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that promotes learning and development. Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with parents, staff, and community members to support children's learning and development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
