Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that foster curiosity and learning. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment for children. Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students. Implement creative teaching methods, including storytelling, music, art, and play-based activities. Observe and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the curriculum. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Graduate with ECC.Ed (Early Childhood Care and Education) / MTT qualification is mandatory. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in teaching or working with young children is a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in engaging with children. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
