Curriculum & Activities:
Design and implement creative, play-based lessons (crafts, songs, storytelling) covering cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom, managing daily schedules, nap/snack times, and fostering positive peer interactions.
Child Development:
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress, identifying needs and celebrating milestones.
Parent Communication:
Liaise with parents regularly, providing updates on their child's behavior, development, and any concerns.
Safety & Well-being:
Supervise children at all times, adhering to strict health, sanitation, and safety protocols.
Collaboration:
Work with teaching assistants, management, and specialists to support diverse learning needs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Passion for early childhood education, patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills.
