is actively seeking a passionate, patient, and enthusiastic

Full-Time Nursery School Teacher

children aged 2 to 6 years

and is dedicated to making a positive impact in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Implementation:

Plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate, and hands-on lessons and activities following the

Kidzee curriculum

and pedagogical framework (e.g., iLLUME, etc.), catering to children from toddlers to pre-primary.

Child Development & Assessment:

Observe, assess, and record children's progress across all developmental domains (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive), documenting milestones and identifying areas for growth.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, independent learning, and positive interaction. Adhere strictly to

Kidzee's safety and hygiene protocols

.

Behavior Guidance:

Use positive reinforcement and developmentally appropriate strategies to guide children's behavior and promote essential social skills and self-regulation.

Parent Communication:

Maintain open, professional, and effective daily communication with parents regarding their child's activities, progress, and any concerns, utilizing designated school communication channels.

Collaboration:

Work cooperatively with the assistant teacher, center head, and other staff to foster a cohesive and supportive learning community.

Daily Care:

Supervise and assist children with essential self-care routines, including mealtime, hygiene, and nap time/quiet time activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in

Early Childhood Education (ECCE)

is highly preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience working with young children, specifically in the

2 to 6 year age range

, in a nursery, preschool, or daycare setting is

essential

.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with the

Kidzee curriculum

or a strong understanding of progressive early childhood education practices is a significant advantage.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational ability.

Attributes:

Must be exceptionally patient, highly energetic, creative, reliable, and possess a genuine passion for teaching young children.

Certification:

Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly upon hiring).

Compensation & Schedule

Salary:

?12,000 to ?15,000 per month

(Commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

(35 working hours per week, plus time for planning/meetings as required).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
