The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and creativity, along with the ability to build strong relationships with both children and parents. A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is required, and prior experience in teaching preschool or nursery classes will be an added advantage.
