Key Responsibilities

Curriculum and Lesson Planning

:Design and implement creative curriculum that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Instruction and Activities

:Teach basic skills (numbers, colors, letters), use techniques like storytelling and educational games, and provide materials for exploration.

Classroom Management

:Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for the children, enforcing rules of behavior.

Child Supervision

:Provide constant and appropriate supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

Social-Emotional Development

:Encourage children to interact, build self-esteem, and resolve conflicts, fostering positive social skills.

Progress Monitoring

:Observe and track each child's developmental progress and needs, reporting findings to parents and administrators.

Parent Communication

:Regularly communicate with parents about their child's development and performance, working together to support learning.
