Podar Education Network is seeking a passionate Junior Nursery Teacher to join our team in Davanagere. The position is full-time with an employment type under the primary and secondary education industry. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education. The role involves nurturing young minds and contributing positively to their early development.
Qualifications and Skills

• Must have Early Childhood Education credentials, demonstrating an understanding of young children and their unique developmental needs (Mandatory skill).
• Classroom Management skills to create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for nursery students (Mandatory skill).
• Effective Parent Communication to share children's progress and collaborate for their overall development (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in Montessori Methods, employing interactive learning for better engagement and understanding in children.
• Solid understanding of Child Development principles to tailor activities that match the learning pace and style of each child.
• Sharp Observation Skills to identify and address individual needs, ensuring all students receive proper attention and care.
• Empathy and Patience when working with young children, creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions to both students and parents.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that advance students' physical, emotional, and social growth.
• Maintain a nurturing and stimulating environment that facilitates active learning and student engagement.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor students progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
