JOB DESCRIPTION

Child Development and Education : Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, math, science, social studies, arts, and physical education. Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage children in meaningful learning experiences. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play. Establish and enforce classroom rules, routines, and behavior expectations to promote positive social interactions, cooperation, and respect among children. Parent Management : Establish and maintain open and positive communication with parents/guardians regarding children's progress, achievements, and concerns. Conduct parent- teacher conferences, meetings, and workshops to discuss child development, curriculum goals, and strategies for supporting learning at home. Collaboration & Team Work: Work collaboratively with other pre-primary teachers, assistants, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment. Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills, knowledge of child development, and curriculum planning.

Working Days: Monday - Friday; Alternate Saturdays

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
