Qualifications & Skills:



ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing

from a recognized institute

Valid registration

with Indian or Maharashtra Nursing Council

1-3 years

of experience in hospital, ICU, emergency, or wellness setup (freshers welcome with strong interest)

BLS certification

preferred (training support available) Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a

modern clinical setup

and enclosed chamber environment

Position Summary:



The Nurse at INFINEA HBOT & Wellness Center will play a vital role in supporting the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

and other wellness treatments. The nurse will ensure clinical safety, provide client education, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the wellness team to deliver high-quality, integrative care.

Full training in

Hyperbaric Medicine and Chamber Operations

will be provided by our

Certified HBOT Consultant (Centre Medical Director & Manager)

.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

pre-HBOT nursing assessments

, including vital signs, client medical history, and readiness for therapy.

Prepare and monitor clients

during HBOT sessions, ensuring continuous comfort and safety inside the chamber.

Document therapy sessions

, client responses, and nursing observations accurately and promptly.

Educate clients

about HBOT procedures, benefits, and post-therapy care instructions.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control

within the hyperbaric unit and wellness facility. Recognize and respond effectively to any

client discomfort, anxiety, or adverse reactions

during therapy.

Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and wellness professionals

to ensure coordinated, personalized care. Ensure strict

adherence to therapy protocols and INFINEA Wellness Centre standards.

Support daily

clinic operations

, including preparation of therapy areas and maintenance of medical equipment.

Assist in wound dressing

and related clinical care when required (knowledge of wound care is an added advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
