Provide comprehensive care to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, surgery, and palliative care.
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and assist with treatment procedures as per the doctor's instructions.
Address patient queries and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Clinical Duties:
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for procedures.
Ensure proper documentation of patient records, including treatment plans, progress, and reports.
Assist in dressing wounds, administering injections, and managing intravenous (IV) lines.
Coordination:
Work closely with doctors, paramedics, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Communicate patient needs and any changes in condition to the appropriate medical personnel.
Education & Counseling:
Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, medications, and post-treatment care.
Provide guidance on nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes tailored to cancer care.
Compliance:
Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines in patient care.
