CTC: 10,000 - 13,000 per month, based on experience
Shift: 10 hours per day
About the Role
As a Nurse in our dedicated team, youll be the heart of patient carebringing compassion, attention to detail, and expertise in supporting patient recovery journeys. Your role goes beyond clinical duties, focusing on enhancing each patients experience and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care & Comfort: Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist in treatment plans. Youll provide a comforting presence, ensuring patients physical and emotional comfort during their stay.
• Emergency Response: Be ready to act quickly during medical emergencies, coordinating seamlessly with our healthcare team to provide critical care.
• Patient & Family Education: Guide patients and families on their health conditions, treatment processes, medication routines, and diet plans to support their journey to recovery.
• Health Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor vital signs, observe changes in health, and document any concerns, promptly communicating with the medical team.
• Collaborative Care: Partner with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to create cohesive patient care plans and provide ongoing updates in team meetings.
• Independent Decision-Making: Understand departmental procedures thoroughly, empowering you to make informed decisions for effective patient care even without direct supervision.

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with hospital management systems and medical equipment, enabling smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Education: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
• Skills: Compassionate communication, teamwork, and knowledge of hospital protocols and medical equipment

Preference: Candidates living in or near Varachha will be given priority.
