Compassionate Caregiver: Nurse at a Reputed Hospital!
Locations: Varachha, Surat
Experience: 0 - 3 years
CTC: 10,000 to 13,000 per month based on the years of experience.
Shift: 10 hours per day
Your Role

• Patient Patient Care & Management: Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, wound care, and treatment plans under the supervision of doctors. Ensure patients\' physical and emotional comfort throughout their stay.
• Emergency Response & Triage: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies, ensuring timely intervention and care coordination between medical teams.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes, ensuring they understand medication usage, diet plans, and aftercare procedures.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor patients vital signs and conditions regularly. Document and report any changes in patient health to the medical team promptly.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in meetings and discussions regarding patient care plans and treatment progress.
• Process Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all departmental processes and procedures, enabling independent decision-making and effective patient care, even in the absence of direct supervision.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams. Compassionate and empathetic in patient interactions.
• Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to detail to ensure accurate patient care, meticulously monitoring vital signs, administering medications precisely, and maintaining comprehensive and accurate patient records, anticipating patient needs and taking proactive measures to prevent complications.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hospital management systems, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with medical equipment effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
• Skills: Strong patient communication, teamwork, and knowledge of hospital protocols and medical equipment.

Note: More preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Varachha.
