Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in [State Name] (Required) BLS certification (Required); ACLS, PALS preferred for some units Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Preferred Experience (but not required):

Prior experience in Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics Experience with electronic medical records (EMR systems)

Responsibilities

:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols Monitor and assess patients' conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care Document patient care activities accurately and timely
