Job Summary
The Staff Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care across various departments including OPD, Ward, ICU, ER, OT, and Specialty Units, in compliance with hospital policies and Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide direct nursing care including assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and documentation.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and report abnormalities promptly.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity always.
Clinical & Operational Duties
Follow nursing care plans and hospital clinical protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Handle emergency situations efficiently and provide first-line care.
Ensure infection control practices and proper waste management.
Communication & Support
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Valid Nursing License from home country.
Saudi Pro metric & Data-flow completed or willing to complete.
Minimum 1-3 years of hospital experience.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
