is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our growing team.

Job Summary:



The Staff Nurse will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing hair transplant procedures and other related treatments. This includes pre-operative preparation, assisting during procedures, post-operative care, patient education, and maintaining a sterile and organized environment. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Pre-operative Care:

Greet and prepare patients for procedures, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical history. Explain the procedure to patients and address any concerns. Administer pre-operative medications as prescribed. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Intra-operative Assistance:

Assist the surgeon during hair transplant procedures, including preparing and handling instruments, supplies, and equipment. Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and comfort levels during the procedure. Assist the doctors in different hair regrowth procedures Perform venepuncture for all the procedures wherever necessary. Administer IV fluids and emergency medications as and when advised by the surgeon. Assist the surgeon to manage any medical emergencies during the procedure.

Post-operative Care:

Provide post-operative instructions to patients regarding wound care, medication, and follow-up appointments. Monitor patients for any complications and report any concerns to the surgeon. Administer post-operative medications as prescribed. Dress wounds and provide wound care education.

Patient Education:

Educate patients on hair transplant procedures, aftercare instructions, and expected outcomes. Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the patient's journey.

Clinic Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the operating room, treatment rooms, and patient areas. Sterilize instruments and equipment according to established protocols. Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:



B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery(GNM).

Valid Registration in Indian Nursing Council(INC).

Proven experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in a surgical or dermatology setting. Experience in hair transplantation is a plus. Ability to handle surgical instruments, graft handling, and patient monitoring. Proficiency in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care for hair transplant patients. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Preferred Qualifications



CPR and First Aid Certification.
