Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in co-ordinating new centre visits Overseeing the completion of pre-admission and room allocation checklists Monitoring patient's admission process and completion of all documentation by the nursing team, including consent signing, family group creation, drive updation, and entry in records. Providing timely support as well as solutions to issues concerning the patient, or other matters raised by the family Regular monitoring and scheduling of patient's review appointments and other specialist referral consultations Ensuring adequate staff allocation on every floor (nurses, caregivers) Ensure that floor-wise supervision reports are completed and floor-in-charges are filling out report books Floor wise supervision of patients and ensuring maintenance of proper records - patient files, medication charts, patient's belongings etc Supervision of nursing team activities (like completion of bath, ensuring timely administration of food and medications, routine stock checking etc) Coordinating weekly classes for nurses and caregivers
Qualification

ANM / GNM/ B. Sc Nursing

5+years experience needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?26,000.00 per month
