Position- Nurse Manager

Qualification: BSc or MSc Nursing

Experience: 6+ years in ICU

Salary: 6-8 LPA

Working hours: 12 hours,rotational shift

Job Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Provide strong leadership to the Smart ICU nursing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Effectively manage and allocate nursing resources to ensure optimal patient care.
Clinical Oversight:

Oversee and ensure the implementation of evidence-based nursing practices in the smart ICU workflow. Regularly assess and improve the quality of patient care, collaborating with physician and quality team Develop and implement plans for emergency situations, ensuring preparedness and effective response within the nursing team.
EducationDevelopment:

Encouraging all Smart ICU nursing teams to participate in Weekly CNEs and conduct regular CNE. Facilitate training programs, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Onboarding new nurses:

Providing training, mentorship and introduction to the team. Collaborating with different teams and develop an onboarding plan Implementation and follow up of the onboarding plan.
Quality Improvement:

Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of ICU care.
Partner hospital oversight:

Collaborating with the nursing lead. physician leads and client operation team to have oversight over partner hospitals.
Advocacy for Nursing Staff:

Advocate for the needs and concerns of ICU nursing staff, fostering a healthy work environment that supports their well-being and professional growth.

Pay: ?600,000.03 - ?800,000.00 per year
