Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants. Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Monitor patient care activities and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services. Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs, address concerns, and provide feedback to nursing staff. Participate in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies. Evaluate nursing staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation of nursing activities, including patient records, staffing schedules, and incident reports. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and accreditation standards. Serve as a resource for nursing staff, answering questions, providing guidance, and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

GNM or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Karnataka (KNC) is a must Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Must be able to do Rotational Shifts Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in oncology nursing preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and computer applications. Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
