Minimum 8 years (including 2+ years as Ward In-Charge)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee nursing care standards across assigned wards/clusters
Supervise staffing, duty rosters, and leave planning
Coordinate with RMO, consultants, and hospital departments for smooth patient care
Conduct SOP audits and ensure compliance in documentation & procedures
Lead nursing rounds, supervise treatments, and monitor inventory & drug management
Facilitate training, CNE programs, and continuous staff development
Handle discipline, performance feedback, and interdepartmental coordination
Maintain nursing reports, statistics, and attend departmental meetings
Key Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Staff mentoring, training, and development
Knowledge of hospital protocols, SOPs, and nursing audits
