/ Key Responsibilities



Provide nursing care & support to elder residents, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, wound care, and general clinical assessments. Respond to emergencies, critical events or changes in patient condition and coordinate with doctors and healthcare team. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, charts, and reports. Supervise or mentor junior healthcare staff or caregivers. Uphold infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols. Occasionally participate in rehabilitation sessions or assist in mobility, physiotherapy or other allied care as needed.

Required Qualifications / Skills



Registered Nurse (GNM / B.Sc Nursing) with valid license. Preferably 5-10 years of nursing experience, especially in critical care, geriatrics, or eldercare settings. (Based on a recent Akshayvat Nursing Specialist listing) Shine Good clinical judgment, decision-making ability, and capacity to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient?oriented and ability to work well in a team. Familiarity with elderly care challenges (like dementia, mobility issues, comorbidities). Ability to supervise and train junior staff (optional / preferred).

Preferred / Desirable



Experience in intensive care units (ICU) or critical care. Certification in Geriatric Nursing or related specialization. Exposure to rehabilitation / physiotherapy. Knowledge of elder care ethics and patient rights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
