1) Role Summary



Pharmacy4U, in partnership with CureO, is building a next-generation, corporate healthcare delivery model. The model integrates: Clinics Teleconsultation Pharmacy Labs Care Plans Advanced digital health platforms We are seeking patient-focused, tech-friendly nurses to support: Clinical care Care Plans Teleconsultations Medical camps Digital documentation using an advanced EMR system

2) Key ResponsibilitiesA) Clinical & Patient Care Support



Assist doctors during clinic consultations and teleconsult sessions. Perform basic clinical assessments: Vitals (BP, pulse, SpO?, temperature, weight, BMI) Prepare patients for consultations and minor procedures. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and infection control standards.

B) Care Plans & Chronic Care Coordination



Support CureO Care Plans: Diabetes Hypertension Thyroid Respiratory, etc. Educate patients on: Care Plan workflows Follow-up schedules Lifestyle and adherence basics Coordinate continuity of care across doctors, pharmacists, labs, and patients.

C) Digital Documentation & EMR (Core Responsibility)



Capture patient intake, vitals, and visit details in CureO EMR. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Support doctors and pharmacists in maintaining high-quality digital records.

D) Teleconsultation Support



Prepare patients for teleconsult sessions. Assist with pre-consult data capture and post-consult instructions. Coordinate follow-ups, labs, pharmacy, and Care Plan actions.

E) Medical Camps & Community Health Programs



Participate in medical camps and outreach initiatives. Support: Screening Triage Counselling Documentation Assist in Care Plan education and onboarding during camps.

F) Patient Education & Engagement



Educate patients on: Medication adherence (in coordination with pharmacists) Preventive health and lifestyle guidance Build trust and long-term patient relationships.

G) Participation in Research & Quality Initiatives (Preferred)



Support research, audits, and real-world evidence initiatives enabled by CureO. Assist with: Structured data capture Outcomes tracking Participate in quality improvement and documentation training. Research participation is preferred, not mandatory.

H) Clinical Governance, Safety & Quality



Follow nursing protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines. Maintain confidentiality, consent, and ethical standards. Participate in audits, feedback, and continuous improvement activities.

3) Qualifications & Eligibility



Essential



GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Valid State Nursing Council registration Willingness to work with digital systems and structured workflows Strong communication and patient-care skills

Desirable



Experience in clinics, hospitals, medical camps, or corporate healthcare Exposure to EMR or digital documentation Interest in Care Plans, research exposure, and leadership growth
