We are currently inviting applications from

Nurses

to provide skilled nursing services in a Home Care Setup. This role requires clinical expertise, sound decision-making, and strict adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. While we prefer candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience, we also welcome fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Assessments & Care Plans:

Perform risk assessments at client locations and develop individualized Care plans. Regularly update care plans based on client needs.

Public Health Coordination:

Liaise with the Public Health Office to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with healthcare assistants, doctors, physiotherapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.Provide wound care, medication administration, and monitor vital signs. Address changes in client conditions promptly.Educate clients and families on health management and preventive care.Maintain accurate records of care and update relevant parties on client progress.Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and ethical standards.

Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing license from Nursing Council. Communication skills and a compassionate nature. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a home care environment. Knowledge of elderly care, chronic disease management, and palliative care is a plus.
