We are looking for a

qualified and compassionate Home Care Nurse

who is

DOH/DHA/DOH licensed

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

tracheostomy care, NGT (Nasogastric Tube) management, and PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding

. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients. Perform

tracheostomy care

including cleaning, suctioning, and monitoring for complications. Manage

NGT and PEG feeding

, ensuring safe and hygienic procedures. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient response. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports. Educate family members on patient care and safety measures. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals as needed. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

Requirements

Must hold a

valid DOH / DHA / MOH license.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing

from a recognized institution.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in home care or hospital setup. Experience in

tracheostomy, NGT, and PEG care

preferred. Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
