Job Description

Plan, organize and implement teaching programs based on clinical experience with the help of doctors and senior nurses. Arrange and take classes and clinical teaching of the staff nurses related to specialty experience Organize and conduct formal and informal ward teaching, bedside clinics and demonstration. Organize and conduct orientation program for the new staff nurses Discuss and update day to day activities with the nursing coordinators and administration staff. Correlate theory and practice by bridging the gap between theory and practice Conduct periodical test both theory and practical and evaluate the staff nurses Maintain attendance of the in-service education program.
Candidates with min 7 years experience as Nurse Educator are preferred.
