Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Nurse / Phlebotomist

to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have

excellent phlebotomy and IV skills

, strong

communication and patient-handling abilities

, and the confidence to manage

critical care patients

and deliver

wellness/IV drip therapies

safely in home settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

venipuncture

from patients at home, clinics, or wellness centers. Administer

IV infusions

,

vitamin drips

, and

hydration therapies

as per protocol. Provide

basic nursing care

and assist in

critical or post-operative care

when required. Maintain

aseptic techniques

and follow all infection control and safety guidelines. Monitor

patient vital signs

before, during, and after IV procedures. Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and doctors. Maintain

proper documentation

of procedures, consent forms, and service reports. Coordinate with the

wellness teams

for smooth operations. Handle

emergency situations

calmly and effectively until medical backup arrives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong

phlebotomy and IV cannulation

skills. Knowledge of

critical care procedures

and

vital sign monitoring

. Excellent

verbal communication

and

customer service

skills. Ability to

educate patients

about the procedure and aftercare. Strong sense of

responsibility, empathy, and confidentiality

. Basic understanding of

wellness and preventive healthcare therapies
