Provide first aid and basic medical treatment to employees.
Assist the Medical Officer (if available) in routine medical activities.
Maintain medical records of employees, including injuries and illnesses.
Manage and maintain the factory medical room/dispensary.
Monitor vital signs such as BP, temperature, and pulse.
Administer prescribed medicines and injections as directed.
Handle workplace injuries and coordinate hospital referrals when required.
Maintain stock of medicines, first aid kits, and medical supplies.
Support health check-ups, medical camps, and statutory medical examinations.
Promote workplace health, hygiene, and safety awareness.
