Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised
Nurse cum Admin
to support both the clinical and administrative functions of our fertility centre. The role involves assisting doctors in patient care, maintaining medical records, managing front-desk operations, and handling medicine inventory. The ideal candidate should have a nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and fertility treatments.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
Handle appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and follow-ups.
Manage the dispensing, stock, and documentation of medicines and consumables.
Monitor medicine inventory, check expiry dates, and reorder supplies as needed.
Support administrative duties such as billing, data entry, and report preparation.
Ensure compliance with clinic hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols.
Coordinate between departments (lab, pharmacy, and nursing) to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing with valid registration.
2-3 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting (fertility/OBG experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of medicine handling and stock management.
Good understanding of patient care and administrative workflows.
Proficiency in computer applications and record-keeping software.
Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude.
Note:
Candidates with prior experience in fertility, OBG, or women's health clinics are preferred.
Applicants with experience in both nursing and administrative functions will be prioritised.
Fresh nurses with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn medicine and inventory handling will also be considered.
Knowledge of medicine storage, stock entry, and basic pharmacy practices will be an added advantage.
