Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist with medical procedures, and support doctors in clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of nursing practices and a patient-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, assess, and record patients' conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
Follow infection control and safety procedures strictly.
Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.
Prepare patients for tests, surgeries, or discharge.
Coordinate with other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)
Registered Nurse with the State Nursing Council
1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of patient care, medical terminology, and hospital protocols
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
Basic computer skills (EMR familiarity is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
