About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and personable Nurse Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with registered nurses, acting as a bridge between our staffing company and talented clinical professionals.
Key Responsibilities

• Connect and build relationships with registered nurses for placement opportunities within our network of US healthcare facilities.
• Act as the main point of contact for nurses-address their questions, collect required documentation, and guide them through the on boarding process.
• Coordinate interviews, orientation, and training sessions for prospective nursing candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of nurse profiles, availability, and compliance records.
• Clearly communicate job roles, assignment expectations, and company benefits to candidates.
• Liaise with client healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match suitable nursing professionals.
• Foster a supportive and communicative environment for both new and experienced nurses.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent (fresher's and experienced candidates welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred
