Job Description

Patient Care and Monitoring: Providing direct patient care, monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), and observing/recording patient conditions and symptoms. Assisting Medical Staff: Assisting doctors during health check-ups and treatments, which includes preparing patients for examinations/procedures and assisting during teleconsultations. Medication Administration: Administering medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers and recording all given treatments. Clinic Operations and Management: Performing preclinical screening of patients. Maintaining accurate and updated medical records and patient charts. Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, safe, and adheres to infection control protocols. Managing and maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Collecting specimens (e.g., urine, blood for tests) and dispatching them to pathological labs. Patient Education and Support: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, self-care techniques, and post-treatment instructions. Community Health Initiatives (Potential): Depending on the specific e-clinic's location and focus, the role might involve some community outreach, coordinating with local health workers (like ASHA members), and promoting health and hygiene practices. Required Qualifications/Skills Education/Certification: Must possess an ANM Certificate or B.Sc. in Nursing, recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and respective State Nursing Councils. Experience: Varies by role; some positions accept freshers, while others prefer 1-2 years of experience. Skills: Strong communication (sometimes requiring basic English proficiency), the ability to work as part of a team, and strong clinical skills in basic care and procedures.
