Core responsibilities

Care coordination and teamwork
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans.?
Advocate for patients' needs, ensuring their concerns are communicated and that care is safe, ethical, and patient?centered.?
Maintain accurate, up?to?date patient records and use electronic health record systems to share critical information with the care team.?
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited nursing program and a valid nursing license (such as RN), with strong clinical and patient?care skills.?
Ability to work in fast?paced environments like hospitals, clinics, or long?term care facilities while managing multiple patients.?
Strong communication, empathy, and critical?thinking skills to handle complex medical situations and support patients emotionally.?
