NTT DATAServices currently seeks aSales Proposal Managerto join our team in Bang
alore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).


*Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

*Minimum of5 yearsin proposal management, proposal development, or pre-sales bid

*Experience leading proposal teams effectively, fairly, and respectfully to meet
schedules and deadlines

*Ability to work often unpredictable schedules, including overtime, evenings, an
d weekends; and often over holidays

*Ability to effectively lead diverse teams of senior and junior personnel, provi
de constructive and appropriate performance assessments, and resolve disputes

*Ability to conduct oneself with confidence andprofessionalism,including making
sound decisions regarding proposal strategies

*Proposal experience supporting a broad range of industries and solutions with c
omplex and simple proposals.

*Demonstrated understanding of business development lifecycle

*Formal proposal management and project management training and education

*Technical writing and editing, including editorial practice and standards

*Document/graphic design and development standards

*Industry-wide best practices in proposal management
