Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across regions to deliver strong results.
Develop and implement national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, processes, and efficiency.
Collaborate with regional managers on pricing, territory management, and inventory planning.
Required Skills and Knowledge
This position calls for an experienced professional with a proven record of managing national sales operations in the FMCG sector. You should bring strong leadership qualities, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge of the incense industry will be considered a strong advantage.
