Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting Calls:
Making outbound calls to prospective customers (cold calling) using provided phone lists or databases. They may also handle inbound calls from interested clients.
Customer Interaction:
Engaging with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, understanding their needs, handling objections, and resolving complaints or doubts to maintain customer satisfaction and the company's reputation.
Data Management:
Accurately recording customer information, call details, and sales activity in a CRM system or other documentation tools.
Follow-ups:
Performing timely follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and build long-term client relationships.
Reporting:
Submitting daily updates and sales reports to team leaders or managers, and attending regular team meetings and training sessions.
