Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Senior Relationship Manager
to lead our
NRI and International Sales
vertical. The role involves managing existing client relationships, expanding our NRI client base, and offering tailored investment solutions across domestic and offshore products. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of investment products, and a passion for building long-term relationships with global clients.
1. Client Relationship Management
Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
2. Investment Recommendations
Assess clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and liquidity needs to design customized investment portfolios.
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews considering economic conditions and asset allocation requirements.
Present and explain Alphabet Investment's suite of products including equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and offshore investment opportunities.
3. Business Development
Identify opportunities to grow the client base through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth, sales targets, and client satisfaction objectives.
4. Market Insights & Reporting
Stay updated with global market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
Provide clients with performance updates, financial plans, and market insights for goal-based investment approaches.
Prepare MIS and analytical reports for internal tracking and decision-making.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
Maintain accurate and complete client documentation and onboarding records.
Support the acquisition of new HNI / Ultra-HNI clients and onboard new funds.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Certifications such as
CA, CFA, CFP, or NISM
are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum
5 years of experience
in relationship management, investment advisory, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of
Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and structured products
.
Proven record of achieving business targets and delivering high client satisfaction.
Core Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
