Roles and Responsibility
- NPI Engineer Exp- 1 to 2years Np- 15days to Immediate
Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base- Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, Redmond Dev
- Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners
- Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s)
- Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels)
- Ensure compliance to New Product Introduction (NPI) Phase Review Guideline
- Actively participate in design reviews and provide input to new electronic circuit designs obsolescence redesigns
- Play a major role in implementing Lean Manufacturing within the plant
- Be a key player in resolving yield issues
- Project manage product enhancements from design divisions
