Job description


Lead NPD and assure product designs provide necessary safety & efficacy to deliver innovative healthy product to the customers.



Validation of product development activities to ensure and incorporate robustness in the formulations with clean labelling and cost effective.



Conduct scientific assessment and review scientific substantiation to support NPD.



Interact with all scientific sectors (academia, health care professionals, government, and industry peers) to develop and maintain relationships.


Required Skills


Innovative product development knowledge and in depth understanding of manufacturing processes and efficacy of nutrients in the product. Must have knowledge and understanding of scientific basis for the creation of the label claim, recommended daily intake, and doses of the final product. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships and networks with culturally and technically diverse groups, required. Proficient in literature search, evaluation, and integration. Capability of acquiring new knowledge and technology. Good organizational skills & team player KEY COMPETENCIES

8-10 years for Masters or 12-15 years for Bachelors (Post Qualification) in Nutrition/ Wellness or FMCG Industrial Environment.

Qualification


* B.Tech. /M.Tech. or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Chemistry or Food Biotechnology.
