Must Have:

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

8-12 Years in NPD Sr Engineering in the manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CNC programs for Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Apply proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on HMC. Demonstrate deep understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code. Utilize CAD/CAM software effectively. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain good communication and teamwork abilities. Ensure excellent attention to detail and precision in work. Possess knowledge about fixture and tooling. Apply proven experience in cycle time calculation for CNC machines.
