We are seeking an

R&D

and NPD- Rubber Technologist

to develop new rubber compounds and mats, improve existing formulations, and support manufacturing processes to meet international quality standards. This role requires strong knowledge of polymers, hands-on experience in product development, and the ability to run and maintain an R&D lab.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and test new rubber compounds and mats; improve existing formulations. Conduct lab experiments, analytical testing, and performance evaluations. Support manufacturing in scaling up formulations and solving production issues. Ensure compliance with international quality and environmental standards. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and QA/QC teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective products. Strong knowledge in compund mixing and formulation

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, polymers, and additives. Hands-on experience in mixing, processing, and testing rubber products. Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, or BIS standards. Analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset with strong teamwork skills.
