Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NPD Design Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in product development and design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

AutoCAD and other CAD software, with a strong ability to create detailed engineering drawings and Good Knowledge in Sheet Metal Fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design innovative products from concept to production, ensuring
compliance with technical requirements and standards.

Create detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications using AutoCAD and
other CAD software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing,
to ensure seamless product development.

Conduct feasibility studies and identify design solutions to meet project requirements. Evaluate materials, components, and manufacturing processes to optimize product
performance and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain and update design documentation throughout the product lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product design and
development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in product design and development. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software such as SolidWorks. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and certifications.
