Job Title: NPD (Manufacturing Engineer)- Sheet Metal Automotive Designation: Asst Mgr to Mgr Location: Pune Experience: 10-15 years’ experience in similar industry & function Qualification: BE Mechanical, DME + Tooling Knowledge and Skills:
- Review the tool /Part progress with supplier
- Tool manufacturing processes
- Tool design considerations/ calculations
- Project Management
- Use of product and process knowledge to build the P FMEA for Tool & Process.
- IATF 1649 System knowledge
- Core tools- APQP , PPAP , FMEA, SPC , MSA
- Product development (project completion)
